Experience another of the world’s greatest playwright’s works at Memorial Park Bandshell. “The Winter’s Tale” combines elements of tragedy and comedy. The play tells the story of King Leontes’ unreasonable jealousy and false accusation of his wife, Hermione. This results in a series of unfortunate events, but perhaps redemption will be achieved in the end. Enjoy the whole tale, and the last few days of summer, in Memorial Park!
Shakespeare in the Park is a high-quality annual theater event presented free of charge to the public by the Wheaton Park District and Wheaton College’s Arena Theater.
